All purchased goods may be returned (with certain exceptions), but only if the security tag is still present and securely fastened to the returned goods. All returned goods must be repackaged in their original packaging, in their original state—that is, unworn, unwashed, undamaged, free from defects, showing no signs of normal use or misuse, and being returned in its original packaging. We have the right to refuse refunds for returns that don't meet the criteria outlined above. Returns that are unsuccessful are returned to the customer. The consumer is responsible for any applicable fee(s), which may apply.


Every product that Jamibikecentre sells is protected by the standard manufacturer's warranty. Please get in touch with us right away if you think there is a valid warranty claim for a product that has failed. If it is determined that the claim is valid and falls under the manufacturer's warranty, you will be sent with a Return Authorization Number via email.

Before a course of action can be chosen, some products may need to be returned to the manufacturer or distributor for a warranty inspection. Occasionally, a repair will be undertaken as opposed to a replacement depending on the product type and the issue at hand. If you think your merchandise will be replaced, kindly reconsider. We'll try to return your item as soon as possible.
